SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES

As Send A Pregnant Heifer Uganda(SPHU) forges ahead in designing a sustainable livestock programs, its resources remain squarely dependant on an out sauced sponsorship base. Our in-depth sectorial knowledge combined with significant successful experience in structuring and implementing livestock financial business solutions, delivers solid building blocks that will benefit the sponsors, getting them involved in the implementation of this project to their satisfaction, and that of the farmers by improving their livelihood.

Send A Pregnant Heifer Uganda(SPHU) takes the time to understand the intricacies of each transaction and or sponsorship bid, appreciating the demands and sensitivities of our sponsors.
We have also acquired extra office space and arranged accommodation facilities to encourage our corporate and large account sponsors to make visits to Uganda and take time to make follow-ups on this project so that they can ensure that their interests are being protected and their money is being used for the right activities.

5 DOLLAR SPONSORSHIP ACCOUNT PACKAGE

(SPHU) Send A Pregnant Heifer Uganda designed the 5-dollar sponsorship account relaying on current dynamic concerns of convenience by persons wishing to contribute to this cause. High school and college students made special request for this account. Their point of argument was that, a 5-dollar contribution could also touch the lives of many.

The 5-dollar sponsorship account is only representative, and one can choose to donate 6,9 or any convenient amount, in any international currency. A donor can also choose to donate either once, twice a month, or as many times as he or she wishes to donate in a year. This money will be collected and high yielding animals will be bought from the total sum including covering costs of transporting these animals, initial treatment and construction of holding space such as zero grazing paddocks for cows, sties for pigs and goats houses, these will be donated to poor families in selected communities so that these people can fend for their families better by obtaining school fees for their children and improving health care facilities in communities. This account is meant to be easily accessible through money transfer worldwide. And accountability for this money and reports will be made public.

ANIMAL SPONSORSHIP ACCOUNT PACKAGE

The Animal sponsorship involves a well-studied process. (SPHU) Send A Pregnant Heifer Uganda has over time invested a lot of resources in community research. We seek vulnerable and or disadvantaged communities; create a person-to-person relationship with people in these communities during training. It’s at this stage that we discover their needs, and match the appropriate available livestock packages with these needs.

The animal sponsorship account package was developed with an intention of linking the donor directly to the family and or communities they are supporting.
Under the animal sponsorship scheme, the donor will decide on which animals to sponsor depending on the prices made available. (SPHU) Send A Pregnant Heifer Uganda will then purchase these healthy animals and supply them to a particular family or community. There after (SPHU) and the individual farmer and or community will report directly to its sponsor. However the sponsor may choose to leave the monitoring of sponsored projects entirely in the hands of (SPHU) Send A Pregnant Heifer Uganda and only receive an annual report on the progress of the entire project.

Please select from the list below, animals you chose to sponsor. The donor can choose any number of animals they want to sponsor for example. 8( eight ) pregnant heifers, 15 Boer goats, 5toggenburg goats for milk and one Friesian Bull.

EXPERT SPONSORSHIPACCOUNT PACKAGE

It is impossible to be knowledgeable about all aspects of livestock farming and poultry keeping. A variety of theoretical and practical skills are needed for success in this field. It is from this background that (SPHU) Send A Pregnant Heifer Uganda put in place the expert sponsorship account. Here we invite assistance from specialized persons to come to Uganda to train our technical team and also take part in seminars and workshops prepared by (SPHU). We also encourage farmers to invite our technical teams for short practical training trips to their farms. We also invite sponsorship from individuals and companies so that we can pay for costs to host various professionals to take part in our training sessions.

ULTIMATE SPONSORSHIP ACCOUNT PACKAGE

Send A Pregnant Heifer Uganda’s (SPHU) perception is that institutions and or projects stand the test of time when they get an Ultimate sponsor. This project requires:
Funding Gap -USD$ 493,000 (FOUR HUNDRED NINTY THREE THOUSAND UNITED STATES DOLLARS)
We urge individual donors and or companies to either donate ultimately to this cause or donate a proportion that is convenient. This account offers exclusive involvement by the donor in the spending of every penny donated to this cause and an annual audit report submission.

TRANSPORT SPONSORSHIP ACCOUNT PACKAGE

In the running of this project, transport is the most crucial element, with out it not much can be done.
send a pregnant Heifer Uganda (SPHU) seeks to purchase a company (10) ten-tone capacity lorry valued at $55,000. (Fifty five thousand United States dollars)

Send A Pregnant Heifer Uganda(SPHU) requires support in the purchase of a smaller (4) four ton lorry to transport exotic goat breeds, calves, pigs, poultry and light farm equipment, with reduced gasoline consumption costs. The lorry is valued at $33000 (thirty three thousand united states dollars).

Send A Pregnant Heifer Uganda(SPHU) requires support in the purchase of a (14 seater) official four wheel drive van to be used for transportation of training personnel and light educational equipment to various communities country wide. It will also be used for transportation of official visitors such as sponsors of the project to particular sites during inspection of the progress of this project. This van is valued at valued at $20000 (Twenty thousand United States dollars).

Send A Pregnant Heifer Uganda(SPHU) requires support in the purchase of Ten motorcycles to be used for by (SPHU) extension workers, and field staff country wide to monitor, treat and educate farmers in remote villages especially those with poor road network. These are valued at valued at $36,000 (Thirty six thousand United States dollars).
However, under the TRANSPORT SPONSORSHIP ACCOUNT PACKAGE, the donor may not offer money for purchase but may have a vehicle/ motorcycle, either new or used which he or she/it (the company) feels is in perfect mechanical condition and can benefit the project. Please communicate your intention and we shall furnish you with all information so that you can ship/fly/ drive it over to the project premises.

I.T SPONSORSHIP ACCOUNT PACKAGE

Send A Pregnant Heifer Uganda(SPHU) requires support in the purchase of 10 desktop computers, 5 laptops and 6 printers with Total cost value of $ 13,000 (thirteen thousand United States dollars). These will be connected to Internet, hence communication between the project management team, who are also the implementing personnel, and the sponsors, farmers, extension doctors and field staff will be made easier.

Under the I.T SPONSORSHIP ACCOUNT PACKAGE, the donor may not offer money, for purchase but may have a computer, laptop, digital camera, and or projector for field work and or printer, either new or used which he or she/it (the company) feels is in perfect condition and can benefit the project as is mentioned in the previous account. Please communicate your intention and we shall furnish you with all information so that you can ship /post/ bring them over to the project premises.
